About Chris Luis

I was born and raised in Bergen County, NJ, and have been working in the mortgage industry since 2002 — starting my career as a senior in high school alongside my father, Rafael Luis. After navigating the industry through the 2007–2009 housing crisis, I rebuilt and became the Broker/Owner of Mortgage-World.com, LLC in 2017.

As a mortgage broker, we work across multiple loan programs to find borrowers the most competitive rates on FHA, VA, Conventional, Non-QM, bank statement, DSCR, and asset-based loans — programs that big banks often won't offer.

I’m known for helping borrowers who have been turned down by traditional lenders, walking every client through the process with patience, transparency, and real expertise built over more than two decades in the field.
